Industrial Architect - Faro, Portugal



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories and warehouses. You will work closely with clients and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet all safety and building regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess potential locations for new industrial buildings
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings and specifications for industrial buildings
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and building regulations
- Manage project budget and timeline, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress of construction work
- Review and approve changes made during the construction process
- Ensure that all safety measures are implemented on site
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations and new technologies in the field of industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and safety standards related to industrial buildings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors and other professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
Competitive salary package starting at 1500$ per month based on experience.

This position is located in Faro, Portugal.
