We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring functionality, safety, and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess the existing conditions of industrial sites
- Create detailed drawings, models, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Design industrial buildings and structures that meet industry standards and regulations
- Consider environmental factors, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness in designs
- Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for client approval
- Oversee construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve material selections for construction projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress of construction projects
- Address any design or construction issues that may arise during the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards pertaining to industrial buildings
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position. We also provide opportunities for growth within the company.
