Architectural Project Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team in Faro. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of various architectural projects while adhering to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines and ensure their timely completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure they are within the allocated funds
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for each project
- Review project designs for compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions
- Lead project meetings to discuss progress, goals, and challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Project Manager or a similar role
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders

Salary:
$1100 per month
