Architecture Manager
Our company is currently seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from design to construction. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture and a proven track record of successfully managing projects. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month, without accommodation provided. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in developing architectural plans and designs
- Oversee the entire project life cycle, from initial concept to final construction
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices

Location:
This is a contract position based in Faro, Portugal. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
