We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team of architects and oversee the design and construction of various projects in Faro, Portugal. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they meet all quality and safety standards. You will also be in charge of budgeting, resource allocation, and maintaining effective communication with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and coordinate their efforts to ensure timely completion of projects
- Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets, and monitor progress
- Negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review architectural designs and provide feedback to improve functionality and aesthetics
- Oversee the selection of materials and equipment for construction projects
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or requests
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail
