Senior Architect - Part Time (Faro, Portugal)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for managing and leading architectural projects from concept to completion. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible work schedule and has a passion for design.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using various design software
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Oversee the work of junior architects and interns
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following the design plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
