As a Truck Driver for our company in Faro, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various destinations in a safe and timely manner. Your main responsibilities will include loading and unloading cargo, inspecting trucks and trailers for maintenance issues, and following all traffic laws and regulations. As a Truck Driver, you will be representing our company to clients and other drivers on the road. Therefore, we expect you to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must also possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience with long-haul driving is preferred but not required.

Your day-to-day tasks will include planning routes, navigating through traffic, communicating with dispatchers, and maintaining accurate logs of your trips. You should also be physically fit as this job requires lifting heavy objects and being able to sit for extended periods.

In addition to your driving duties, you will also be responsible for the maintenance of your truck. This includes performing regular check-ups on the vehicle's engine, tires, brakes, lights, etc. If any issues arise during your trip, you should be able to troubleshoot them or seek assistance from our maintenance team.
