Personal Trainer - Fitness Specialist (Faro, Portugal)

Our fitness center in Faro is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Personal Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients of all fitness levels to create customized workout plans tailored to their individual needs and goals. You will also provide guidance, support, and motivation during one-on-one training sessions, helping clients achieve their desired results.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any medical conditions.
- Design personalized workout plans that align with clients' goals and abilities.
- Provide one-on-one training sessions, demonstrating proper exercise techniques and providing feedback and motivation.
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans.
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition for achieving desired results.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition principles, and fitness equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate others.
- Current biometric passport or ability to obtain one.
- CPR certification preferred.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus).
- Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
