Are you an experienced Barista looking for a full-time job in the beautiful city of Faro, Portugal? Our cafe is in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Ensure exceptional customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Educate customers about our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Keep up to date with current coffee trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista
- Knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
