Entry-Level Barista (Faro, Portugal)


We are hiring an Entry-Level Barista to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the quality and consistency of our drinks.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly
- Prepare a variety of coffee drinks according to company standards
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment efficiently
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (Portuguese or EU nationality preferred)
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided
- Must have a passion for coffee and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese or other languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Compensation:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation is not provided.
