We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems used in industrial settings. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure that all instruments are functioning correctly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair various instruments including temperature sensors, flow meters, pressure gauges, and level transmitters
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems
- Follow safety protocols when working with electrical equipment
- Document all work performed in detailed reports
- Collaborate with engineers to design new instrument systems or improve existing ones
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new technologies in the field of instrumentation

Requirements:
- Relevant technical degree or certification in instrumentation or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and circuits
- Familiarity with various types of instruments and control systems used in industrial environments
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as climbing ladders or lifting heavy equipment if needed
