Construction Site Manager
Location: Faro, Portugal


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Faro, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead a team of workers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Monitor progress of work and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated on project progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
