Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Faro. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular project updates
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Oversee project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Monitor project expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on construction sites
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with biometric passports preferred
- Must be able to work well under pressure

Salary: $1500/month
