We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on construction sites, ports, or other industrial settings. Your primary role will be to safely and efficiently maneuver the crane according to instructions from ground personnel or using hand signals.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate different types of cranes such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment before and after use
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with ground personnel using hand signals or radio equipment
- Lift and move heavy materials using the crane while maintaining balance and stability
- Ensure that loads are properly secured before lifting them
- Keep accurate records of materials lifted and moved
- Troubleshoot any issues with the crane equipment and report maintenance needs
- Work closely with team members to coordinate lifts and ensure a smooth workflow

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Crane Operator in a similar setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures regarding crane operation
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and communicate clearly with ground personnel
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- High attention to detail to ensure safe operation of the crane at all times

Salary: 1100$
