Crane Operator



Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Faro. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes and possess a valid crane operator license.

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including tower, mobile, and overhead cranes
- Read and interpret blueprints and lifting plans to determine the right placement of the crane
- Perform daily inspections of the crane to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Safely lift, move, and position materials and equipment using the crane
- Communicate effectively with ground crew to ensure safe operations
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating cranes
- Valid crane operator license/certification from a recognized institution
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read blueprints and lifting plans
- Physically fit with the ability to work in different weather conditions
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent hand-eye coordination

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.

This job is located in Faro, a beautiful coastal city in Portugal known for its historical sites, beaches, and delicious seafood.
