We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within our company. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and assisting with data entry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and have the ability to multitask effectively. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals without prior experience to gain valuable office experience. Salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
