Sales Manager (Faro, Portugal)
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends
- Monitor market competition and provide feedback to the management team
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Fluency in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
