Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team goals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and create reports for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to sales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform business decisions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (preferably in Faro)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience)
