Sales Manager (Faro, Portugal)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets
- Identify and pursue potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve their skills and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or a related field (previous experience in hospitality industry is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
