Mason - Part Time

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team on a part-time basis in Faro. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, stone, and other similar materials. This role requires attention to detail, physical strength, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lay bricks and stones to construct walls, fireplaces, chimneys, and other structures
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged or deteriorated brickwork
- Use tools such as trowels, chisels, levels, and hammers to shape and cut materials
- Mix mortar and grout for filling gaps between bricks or stones
- Measure and mark surfaces to ensure accurate placement of bricks or stones
- Follow blueprints or design specifications to ensure structures are built according to plan
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason
- Ability to read blueprints and design specifications
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to provide own tools

Salary: 1100$ per month (part-time)
Location: Faro, Portugal (accommodation provided)
