We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various tasks related to maintenance, repair, and renovation of residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and landscaping
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any issues or necessary repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for larger projects or specialized services
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques and tools
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication and time management skills

Preferred:
- Experience in property management or construction industry
- Basic understanding of Portuguese language
- Valid driver's license

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
