Part-Time Administrator

As a part-time administrator in Faro, your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain the office operations. You will assist with administrative tasks such as organizing files and documents, responding to emails and phone calls, and scheduling appointments. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions and preparing reports for management.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as an administrator and possess strong organizational skills. You must also have a biometric passport as this is necessary for handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations by organizing files and documents, responding to emails and phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Prepare reports for management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Ensure smooth communication between employees and external parties
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
