Job Title: Part-Time Handyman for Property Maintenance in Faro

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Faro. As a part-time Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This position does not include accommodation and is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, and replacing light bulbs
- Maintain and repair appliances, including stoves, refrigerators, and air conditioning units
- Install fixtures such as towel bars, shelving, and blinds
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces as needed
- Keep track of inventory for necessary tools and supplies
- Communicate with property managers about any major repairs or issues that require professional assistance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks on a regular basis
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for part-time work.
