This position is open to candidates without experience and offers a salary of 1500$. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Faro. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
