Administrator in Faro, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month, including accommodation. We also offer a free visa and ticket for non-Portuguese nationals. This position is open to all genders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing documents, and answering phone calls.
- Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and managing budgets.
- Coordinating travel arrangements for employees and clients.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Providing general support to team members as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in Faro, Portugal. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. The work schedule may vary depending on business needs.
