Administrator - Faro, Portugal
We are hiring a dedicated and organized Administrator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage office activities and operations
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, vacation requests, and other HR related documents
- Assist with recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.
Location:
This job is based in Faro, Portugal. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Portugal.
