Office Manager

We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of our office in Faro. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong attention to detail. Accommodation can be provided for the right candidate. This is an urgent position and candidates with their own visa will be given preference. Salary is 1300$ per month.
