Junior Hotel Sales Manager - Faro, Portugal



We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Faro, Portugal. As a Junior Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients. You will also work closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. We offer visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates who meet our requirements. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell hotel services and facilities to potential clients
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities through market research
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent service delivery for clients
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
- Meet sales targets and report on progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (hospitality industry preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
