Job Title: Concierge for Luxury Resort in Faro, Portugal

The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests at our luxury resort in Faro, Portugal. This is a seasonal position with visa sponsorship available for all nationalities. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the resort's amenities and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Maintain an organized concierge desk area and lobby display of brochures and information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service throughout the resort

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
