We are hiring a seasonal Concierge for our luxury hotel in Faro, Portugal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling if necessary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
