We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Almada, Portugal. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and networks
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Perform regular backups of important data
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Conduct trainings for clients on new technology or software updates
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Experience with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
