Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computer systems
- Install and configure software applications
- Set up new computers for clients
- Maintain and update computer systems as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Communicate technical solutions in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical clients

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
- Knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Familiarity with various software applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite)
- Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in Portuguese (both written and verbal)
