Part-Time Computer Support Specialist in Almada


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Almada. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining our computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with computers, printers, and other devices
- Install and configure new computer systems and software for clients
- Maintain computer systems by performing regular updates and maintenance tasks
- Diagnose network connectivity problems and resolve them in a timely manner
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in IT preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role is a plus but not required
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and basic networking concepts
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and solve problems quickly
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player
- Must have own visa to work in Almada

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.
