We are seeking an entry-level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Almada. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to clients, helping them troubleshoot and resolve computer-related issues. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Educate clients on how to effectively use computer systems and applications
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or IT department as needed.

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; we are open to fresh graduates or individuals with no experience in the field.
- Strong interest in computers and technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Fluent in English; fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
