Technical Support Specialist - Almada, Portugal
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers experience high-quality service and have their technical issues resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other departments as needed
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Keep track of recurring technical issues and work on solutions to prevent them from happening in the future
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and updates in order to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Own valid visa or work permit for Portugal
Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday-Friday. As we value work-life balance, there is no requirement for overtime or weekend work.
