DevOps Developer - Almada, Portugal



As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and processes necessary for the deployment and operation of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to ensure smooth integration between development and operations, as well as identify and resolve any issues that may arise. This is a contract position based in Almada, Portugal with an attractive salary of 1000$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a DevOps role
- Strong knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain automated deployment processes
- Work closely with development team to integrate new features into existing infrastructure
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to prevent downtime or disruptions
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to improve system reliability
