DevOps Developer - Almada, Portugal



As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the infrastructure and tools necessary for the development and deployment of software applications. You will work closely with developers, system administrators, and other IT professionals to implement efficient and automated processes.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure for software development, testing, and deployment.
- Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure code is integrated into the build process correctly.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Implement security measures to protect data and systems.
- Continuously improve processes to support agile development methodologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in DevOps.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of Linux operating systems.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Perl.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Almada, Portugal. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
