We are seeking a talented Junior Developer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Junior Developer, you will work on various software development projects and assist in the design, coding, and testing of applications. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced developers and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement software solutions
- Write well-designed, efficient code following industry best practices
- Conduct unit testing to ensure code quality and functionality
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing code
- Participate in code reviews to improve overall code quality
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (e.g. data structures, algorithms)
- Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, C++)
- Experience with web development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
- Knowledge of database design and SQL is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
