Information Security Analyst

As an Information Security Analyst in Almada, you will be responsible for protecting our company's data and systems from cyber threats. You will work closely with our IT team to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your main goal will be to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Monitor networks and systems for any suspicious activity or breaches
- Implement security measures such as firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Develop incident response plans and protocols
- Train employees on security best practices and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security analysis
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security tools
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and creating risk management plans
- Knowledge of biometric passport technology
