We are currently hiring a Database Administrator to join our team in Almada. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of our company's databases. Your main duties will include designing, implementing, and maintaining database systems to meet the needs of our organization. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and ensuring data backups are regularly performed. Additionally, you will work closely with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems and updates.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of database management systems and experience with SQL programming. Knowledge of data backup and recovery procedures is also essential. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with cloud-based databases is a plus.
