Database Administrator (Part-Time) - Almada, Portugal
Our company is seeking a skilled Database Administrator to manage and maintain our databases on a part-time basis in our Almada office. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience working with database management systems.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain databases for various projects
- Implement security measures and data backup procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to database performance
- Monitor database systems to ensure efficiency and availability
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize database functionality
- Train staff on database best practices and procedures
- Generate reports on database usage and performance for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Proficient in SQL and database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, and security protocols
- Familiarity with data modeling and schema design
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
