Contract Tester (Almada, Portugal)



We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Tester to join our team in Almada, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for testing software applications and identifying any bugs or issues before they are released to the public. As a Contract Tester, you will have a keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure the quality of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify any bugs or issues
- Document and report any defects found during testing
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues and ensure timely release of products
- Develop test plans and strategies based on project requirements
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and potential improvements
- Utilize various testing tools and techniques to ensure comprehensive coverage of application features
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into testing processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Experience with different types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C++
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Benefits:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1200/month. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.
