Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant in Almada, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues and will assist clients in a professional and efficient manner.
Your main duties will include responding to client emails, live chat messages, and social media inquiries. You will also be responsible for managing the company's online presence, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to multitask and handle multiple client inquiries at a time. A strong understanding of customer service principles is also essential.
As this is a contract position, you must be able to work independently and meet deadlines without direct supervision. This role does not include accommodation, so local candidates are preferred.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the online consulting industry. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Almada, Portugal (remote work available)
