We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Biometric Passport Agent to join our team in Almada. As a Freelance Biometric Passport Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the application process for biometric passports. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with the application process for biometric passports, ensuring all necessary documents are completed accurately and on time
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with government agencies for passport processing
- Verify client information and documents to ensure compliance with biometric passport requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients regarding their passport applications
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and passport applications
- Stay updated on any changes or updates to biometric passport regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional relevant education or experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete forms and verify information
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Familiarity with biometric passport regulations is a plus
- Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
