Facade Technician

The Facade Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing exterior building facades. This includes working with materials such as glass, stone, metal, and other cladding components. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in facade installation and a strong understanding of construction methods and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair exterior building facades
- Work with a variety of materials including glass, stone, metal, and other cladding components
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems that arise during installation or maintenance
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide updates on progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or related field
- Strong understanding of construction methods and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

Location: Almada, Portugal

Salary: 1500$ per month
