We are in search of a skilled and experienced Painter to join our growing team in Almada. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, structures, and furniture. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primer
- Select appropriate paint or mix paints to achieve desired color
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray guns
- Create smooth finishes by smoothing out imperfections with sandpaper or other tools
- Protect surrounding areas from paint by using drop cloths or masking tape
- Follow safety protocols at all times while handling paints, solvents, and other chemicals
- Complete touch-ups and repairs as needed
- Maintain painting equipment and supplies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter or similar role
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Familiarity with different types of paint and their properties
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders for extended periods of time
- Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating paint quantities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols

Education:
High School diploma/GED preferred

Salary:
$900 per month
