Locksmith Technician

We are a busy locksmith company located in Almada, seeking a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and adjusting various types of locks and security systems. This position requires excellent technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the locksmith industry and be familiar with different lock brands and systems. This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment. Salary starts at $900 per week.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a locksmith
- Familiarity with various lock brands and security systems
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and adjust locks on doors, windows, safes, and other structures
- Cut new or duplicate keys using key-cutting machines
- Maintain accurate records of all work done for each client
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with malfunctioning locks or security systems
- Provide recommendations for upgrades or replacements when necessary
- Respond to emergency calls for lockouts or other urgent situations
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding services provided and pricing information
