We are in need of a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include designing and planning projects, managing contractors and workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in the field. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Design and plan construction projects according to client specifications
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and other workers involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to inspect workmanship and address any concerns

Requirements:
