Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Almada, Portugal. As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise on all aspects of architectural design and construction. This includes creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting site visits and inspections, and coordinating with other members of the design team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Provide technical support and expertise on all aspects of architectural design
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Prepare planning applications and building regulations submissions
- Conduct quality control checks on project deliverables
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail

Preferred:
- Experience with BIM software
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with Portuguese building codes

Salary: 1600$ per month
