Architectural Designer



We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative designs for various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements while also adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess potential challenges
- Develop design concepts that meet client needs while also considering budget, time constraints, and sustainability
- Prepare presentations and communicate design ideas effectively to clients and team members
- Review and make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback from clients, contractors, and engineers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, building technologies, and sustainable practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in Portuguese (written & spoken)

Salary: 1100$ per month
